Medical Practice Compliance

HPS offers a complete Compliance Solution to meet the needs of our clients. In 2000, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) published its Compliance Program for Individual and Small Group Physician Practices. With the passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in 2010, implementation of a medical practice compliance program is mandatory. Each year the OIG increases the number of its investigations and subsequent sanctions on physicians and their medical practices.
