Mary K. Hancock, MHSA, MBA, CMPE, CHC, C-EHR

Mary Hancock founded HPS Solutions in 2000.  With more than 20 years of experience, 14 years in healthcare management and ten years in practice consulting, Mary brings expertise in all aspects of practice management and development.  Her areas of expertise include business operations, financial management, human resource management, information management, organizational governance, patient care systems, quality management and risk management.

Prior to establishing HPS Solutions, Mary was a Practice Administrator for a physician group practice, a Practice Director for a Phoenix-based Hospital Health System and an Outpatient Administrator for a public health system.

Mary’s education includes the following:
